⭐️ deserve 1 star for having a nice concept implemented
Why I’m taking the other stars away in my review
- it’s Not refundable and we bought multi and realised later
- Widget is in French and cannot be customisable
- we cant remove branding even though we have paid kinda premium for it
- cannot split reviews into multiple widgets if you are having multi products. And YouTube and custom uploads of those testimonials creation just more resistance for us!!!!!!
- less customer centric in regards to customisation/white labelling and more.
- it kind of slightly up sells their own brands rather than yours in the end when customers provides the final review which is really annoying for some of our clients (I can understand it’s good for their business but non consumer centric)

Let me answer the points you raise.
Regarding the refund: our monetization system is performance-based. You benefit from an offer that only you have access to at appsumo. We can't afford to refund an offer as attractive as yours. This has been seen and agreed by appsumo themselves.
As for the widget, we can and will set up a translation as soon as possible. This way, as an international customer, you'll have access to a widget corresponding to your country. As for customization, this is something we're currently working on and improving. We realized that certain departments might need to customize and moderate the testimonials they receive. That's what we're working on today.
The Charlie label on the widget is important and brings a dose of reassurance. We impose this label to prove the authenticity of the testimonials.
