Not Ready for the English Market
I have had a poor experience with the tool
1. Some sections are still in French
2. Most features cannot be customised at all
3. I did a test and sent the links to my team but they all reported it opened some gibberish in French. Thank God it wasn't a customer
4. There is no way to customise the AGREEMENT which testimonial givers get. The wording and structure is bad and not something I would like my customers to see. Yet, there is no way of editing this
5. This is not refundable!

We’re sorry you’ve had trouble using our software.
- We’ve worked on our translations, so you shouldn’t have any more untranslated sections.
- In fact, some features are not customizable. This is a choice we’ve made to make it as easy as possible for you to request a video customer review. We provide a tool to simplify these requests. If we were to leave everything open to customization, we’d be complicating requests and would no longer be in line with our desire to simplify video customer review requests.
- Concerning the request received in French, did you change the language when you created the request? We give you the option of changing the language of the invitation when you create it, so that even if you speak English, you can invite your customers from Spain or France, for example.
- For the image rights certificate, we have based ourselves on existing legal texts. These cannot be modified and will remain so to avoid any abuse. It’s also a way of protecting your customer.
- Our offer is non-refundable. This is due to our partnership with AppSumo. As our software is based on pay-for-performance, we have chosen not to refund people who use Appsumo. The offers you have access to today are much more advantageous.
