Regarding the images: YT2Posts will keep converting the latest YouTube videos to wordpress posts such that the thumbnail image of a video becomes the featured image of that post. Once the videos are converted to posts, you can edit these posts (e.g. title, content, featured image) as you would edit any other posts. However, YT2Posts will keep auto-syncing with youtube once per day, and your changes to these posts might be overwritten after the next auto-syncing.
