Again if you pull the YouTube video description, then it's not also SEO friendly as in the description, there have a lot of links and other stuff.
So it would be nice if you can transcribe the video automatically and then publish the transcription under the video. Do you have any plans like this? Or Can I do it now??

May 15, 2024A: YT2Posts will automatically import for each video its title, the link, the thumbnail image, the publishing date and soon it will also import its description and its tags.
Let me correct you: YT2Posts is SEO-friendly — the plugin is there to import and auto-sync the videos from youtube to wordpress website. If the YouTube content is not high-quality then it’s not the problem of YT2Posts.
Regarding the auto-transcription of videos — we will listen to our users and if enough users ask for it, we will definitely put it on our roadmap.
