- hi i have been using zagomail for a few years but for a good while now, things have been failing and i haven't been able to log into my account. I would really appreciate some transparency about if your company is still operating and actively fixing issues? if you are closing down, whilst i'd be disappointed that another LTD is shutting down, please give us the opportunity to export data and migrate to another platform and allow us to do that. email marketing is still incredibly important for many businesses. thanks
- Abi_ZagoMail, hope development is still continuing. Plugins aren't working properly (at least for WooCommerce), automations aren't firing up as they should, KB articles are down, etc etc. I am still waiting to give it a review because Zagomail has the winning features that businesses look for; just as long as they work. The UI needs a refresh, it is very clunky. Navigation and Workflows need to improve quickly if you are serious to run this project. If you are shutting it down, please let us know so we stop wasting our time. Many of us who believed in you will appreciate your honesty. Thanks.
