I've been trying for months to get in touch and get a simple question answered by the tool that doesn't work: "Hello, good afternoon. When trying to create a subaccount, the error appears: Error 404!
The requested page does not exist. Could you please correct this? Thank you." I've sent dozens of messages and requests, but no response. In addition to being offline for weeks, support is non-existent. And of course I've sent emails and tried intercom, but I've never gotten a response.
