Please advise if you will ever provide proper support for this Tool or add any improvements to the tool. Or is this the finalized and best version of this Tool??

One of the Worst Purchases! No improvement to the tool since bought. No Support !!
However got almost spammed to increase my quota with the provider. Tools like these put me in caution mode to see really where I should put my Money.
