Q: Not working

Zagomail has been breaking down more and more over the last number of months and support has been almost impossible to get a response from since last summer. Now they've been a month or more where no emails are going out. I've had to use Substack and a free ConverKit account to get my emails out.
Is there a way to get a refund on this? I'm just past the 1 year "business closed down" guarantee from Appsumo, but is there something that can be done?
Zagomail was awesome when it worked (incredible open rate, awesome features, so affordable), but they just dropped their support and spent all their time asking people to buy upgraded packages. I fear they were just grabbing what money they could before it closed. :(

First My sincere apologize! The sending issue related to DC outage for our ips is just resolved. For transparency you can see the proof in this link: https://prnt.sc/JaiN9-sRBpeT . It's the worst outage we faced in my life and we tried to find alternative solutions but it was not possible because our ips have a sending reputation and they were not routed properly to send emails. I am experiencing the same issues, no e-mails going out for already a month now. Only one short standard message from support in the whole time, no reaction in the chat...

How is it possible to at least get a refund? I will now change to another e-mail marketing solution.

I've contacted Appsumo. There is a 12 month refund option if the company goes under, from what I've read. Hopefully you fit within this 12 month period. :(
It's really too bad. It's an incredible system. They just seem to have walked away from it!

It seems to me that Zagomail might be wise to find a different company to provide this service. If they can go down for over a month (at least), then they not only are unreliable for you, but that makes Zagomail unreliable for us. I've had to switch up everything to other services and now I'm concerned about switching back for fear that emails won't go through or bad sending reputations.

I just managed to get an email to go out, but I can't get it to send to all addresses at once, and I can't get my automations to work properly (the delays are freezing up the entire process). I simply can't move everything back to Zagomail if this isn't working.
Can we hear from Zagomail on these issues? Tech support isn't getting back to me.
