its not working for long time. looks like they just use it to make money.

Abi_ZagoMail, hope development is still continuing. Plugins aren't working properly (at least for WooCommerce), automations aren't firing up as they should, KB articles are down, etc etc. I am still waiting to give it a review because Zagomail has the winning features that businesses look for; just as long as they work. The UI needs a refresh, it is very clunky. Navigation and Workflows need to improve quickly if you are serious to run this project. If you are shutting it down, please let us know so we stop wasting our time. Many of us who believed in you will appreciate your honesty. Thanks.

I've been trying for months to get in touch and get a simple question answered by the tool that doesn't work: "Hello, good afternoon. When trying to create a subaccount, the error appears: Error 404! The requested page does not exist. Could you please correct this? Thank you." I've sent dozens of messages and requests, but no response. In addition to being offline for weeks, support is non-existent. And of course I've sent emails and tried intercom, but I've never gotten a response.
