Q: One time code sent to a landline phone
How can we change the phone number in our profile so the one-time authentication code is sent to a cellphone so we can have access to the platform?
We haven't been able to get in for a while now.

First My sincere apologize! The sending issue related to DC outage for our ips is just resolved. For transparency you can see the proof in this link: https://prnt.sc/JaiN9-sRBpeT . It's the worst outage we faced in my life and we tried to find alternative solutions but it was not possible because our ips have a sending reputation and they were not routed properly to send emails. Again my sincere apologize
