I was happy first, upgraded... now disappointed
The support was rapid during appsumo campaign. This convinced me to buy additional tiers after.
Now I am disappointed. Getting any response from support is like a miracle.
I have asked a question and forgot about it as it took too long. Almost 3 weeks later I asked again reminding them about the delay. Got a very short partial answer. The rest of the problem ignored. As for now I have relatively small list (first in my life) and it seem to work ok, but the huge change in their CS performance bothers me.
UPDATE.
Answer from creators under my review is ridiculous.
Yes. I got a few words answer to several trials to contact them.
Not a real solution.
The answer from CS came AFTER writing this review.
As for today:
It looks like Zagomail doesn't send ANY emails at all.
Tested it with some friends.
No automation delivered, no welcome messages delivered, nothing from the new campaign.
And of course information on char, that support answers usually within a few minutes.
And...
Silence that killes.my business.
