Why do I need to connect this to my store?
Because that way you can make your products as customizable products and your customers can launch the customizer UI with a simple click on the product page.

Is Zakeke supplying the products?
No, Zakeke does not supply any product that is on you. However, we offer an integration with third-party print-on-demand services that you can use to source your customizable products.

Can I have my own products in Zakeke?
Absolutely yes. Indeed, there are no pre-loaded products in Zakeke. It connects with your store and your products are pushed to the Zakeke admin panel and you choose which ones to make customizable.
This is the standard for Zakeke, but then you also have the option to sell customizable products for third-party suppliers. Learn more here.

Am I forced to use third-party fulfillment services to produce my products?
Absolutely not. In Zakeke third-party fulfillment services, such as Printful, CustomCat and Invition, are just an option.

Does Zakeke handle shipping, payments, ...?
No, Zakeke only provides you with the customization engine, we are not product suppliers or drop-shippers and we do not replace your cart that keeps managing cart and check-out, including shipping rates and payments. Zakeke stays in the middle between the product page and the cart. If you can't offer customizable products, you can rely on Zakeke partners to source them.

Does Zakeke only work on e-commerce platforms?
Not only. Zakeke is available on the major e-commerce platforms as a plug-in, but is able to work on any other cloud-based channel using APIs. Please remember that if you wish to use the 3D&AR Viewer only you do not need any connection with any platform and you can publish your 3D/AR assets wherever you want without the need to integrate Zakeke into your website or other properties.

Does Zakeke have API Integration?
The Zakeke API allows you to develop your own integration. Create your integration with the most advanced visual customizer and seamlessly connect your existing tools and Zakeke with our well-documented APIs. Use it if you have got a custom website or your preferred e-commerce platform is not supported by one of our ready-made connectors yet. Is Zakeke responsive?
Much more, Zakeke has a mobile dedicated user interface.

What browsers are supported?
Zakeke supports all the latest browsers, including Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, and Firefox. Internet Explorer is not supported because it lacks main functions that allow modern tools like Zakeke to work as Microsoft is no longer updating it.
