I have used several other form builders and currently use one that has been adequate for my business, except it lacked the ability to use video and was limited in creating attractive forms for marketing. So, I purchased a Zapof code to explore its features.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficiencies of the Zapof Form builder.
I use customized forms to gather information and files from clients in order to provide consulting and tax services. Plus I market training to small business owners. I can see where Zapof can be of value in both endeavors.

The ability to create a 2 column table with one column for document description and the adjacent column for drag and drop file function, makes it very easy for the client to send multiple files. You can give the user the option of adding more rows to the table if additional file uploads are needed.

Moving the fields within the form was a challenge for me at first, but with a little practice, the moving process was very quick and the zapof system makes it easier to move a field anywhere on a long form.

The vendor warrants a 10 Taco award for support. Responding to my many questions within a hour or so. I needed a PDF change to the format of my completed forms and the vendor made the modification within hours of my request.

There is always room for improvement in any software application and/or deal. I would like to see the file attachments color coded to to better indicate the type of file attachment, such as excel or PDF. Also, the vendor's branding is on the automated emails sent to customers and prospects, along with an attachment of the completed form, is very agressive, the vendor has indicated that the branding would be toned done at bit. Also, only 1 GB of storage is not very much (I assume that 1 GB file upload means storage). Perhaps the vendor could consider adding another code level, which would include more storage, no branding and exporting files to Google Drive.

However, this is an excellent deal, subject to the above, if you need a form builder that is easy to use, including conditional logic, and many other features. I recommend that you invest into this product and start building forms for your business.
