1. A user is anyone who needs their own Zcal account to manage availability and host meetings (admin or staff). If you have 15 staff who need booking links, you’ll need a plan that supports 15 users. A 3-user plan only works if just 3 people are hosting meetings.

Q: Can i have a different stripe integration for each calendar or booking page?
I want to use this for my clients and other business. Does it support a different stripe integration for each calendar or booking page? I already have one booking page set up with stripe configuration but I want a second booking page with a different stripe account. Is this possible and if so how do I do it?

A: Yes, zcal supports different Stripe integrations per zcal team, which means you can use separate Stripe accounts for different booking pages.
How it works in practice:
- Each zcal team can have its own Stripe integration. - Booking pages belong to a specific team. - Payments for a booking page will go to the Stripe account connected to that team.
Q: SMS deducted even though no calendar is active?
Hello, my account shows that I have used 592/750 text messages, even though I do not currently have an active or shared calendar. No text messages have been sent. I am experiencing this issue on two different accounts. Why are text messages being deducted from my customer account? Did you send text messages to former customers for appointments that were made six months ago?
