I'm interested in this but only if we can get field values submitted using external parameters. For example, if we embed your form in our website and then had a url that could bring in name and email. Example:

We embed the form on www.customdomain.com/schedule but we don't want the person to have to refill information we already have. So I could send in an email a link that looks like www.customdomain.com/schedule?fname=John&lname=Doe&email=jdoe@email.com
