Q: Limit the number of appointments
Hi there, is there a way to limit the number of a certain type of appointment booked per day? For example, if we offer three different types of bookings but want to ensure that no more than two of any type are booked in a day, is that possible? How about limiting the total number of appointments that a user can have in a day? If we want to keep maximum availability open but do not want our entire day booked up, we would like to limit the total number of appointments to six per team member daily.

Jan 17, 2025A: Right now we've got a max number of events per booking link setting. That limits the number of times that link can be used to book time per day/week/month. We're looking into more advanced limit features in the future.
Carina_ClingmanThanks! I was able to limit the number of calls per booking link, which is super helpful. High on my priority list would be simply limiting the total number of appointments per team member per day. Limitations on the number of calls per team member per week or month would be a nice to have but not as useful as per day.
