- If I get tier 3, can I use more than one subdomain? Maybe I have a team with coaches and another team with customer support, can I have more than one subdomain if I upgrade to the business plan? If multiple subdomains are allowed, do that have to be from the same domain or could multiple domain names be used? I already have tier one but I'm thinking about upgrading to tier 3 with the business upgrade. Thanks!
- I bought a license and got an error message when I tried to apply it, because I already had a zcal account. Now it's marked as redeemed in Appsumo, but not reflected in my zcal account. I checked with AppSumo and they confirmed that it's an issue on the zcal side; not something they can resolve. So I need you to apply the lifetime+business license to my account. I sent your support an email about this as well, but received no reply, so I'm sending it here as well. Thanks!
- Hands down, from what I can see, zcal looks awesome. It solves a pain point I feel myself — I really don’t like those generic-looking Calendly pages. That said, I am concerned about the negative reviews on AppSumo. To be clear: I have no issue paying for a business add-on if the value is there — and overall, the value looks huge. What I do miss, though, is someone actively addressing those negative reviews. Quite a few users mention poor or missing support, and even on AppSumo, many negative reviews only get responses months later. Great support is the #1 indicator of a great company. I really hope you can step things up here, because overall zcal looks fantastic. Any plans for improving your support?

- Please don’t ignore my question as it’s very valid and I’m seeing you are choosing to answer some questions and ignoring others. I’m not an early backer. I’m looking at entering this round now. But lots of members of the community have raised several red flags. 1) since you screwed over previous buyers with the add on. Will this happen again with this purchase? 2) I’ve seen multiple remarks about velocity. You being a greedy founder and not updating the tool. How do you compare to cal.com? Lunacal? Are you competitive? 3) CRM integrations? Hubspot?
