To help you get the most out of zcal, here are concise answers to your questions:
.) Tier 3 is the highest capacity license, providing 50 user seats. It is designed for growth, allowing you to scale your team or manage a high volume of client accounts without needing to upgrade your base license later.
.) 50 user seats are included in Tier 3. Beyond that you can add additional seats (see question 4 below).
.) The Business plan has no effect on the number of seats. However, it does allow you to create unlimited Teams (client organizations).
.) If you need more than 50 user seats, you would need to contact support for per seat subscription billing.
.) zcal natively integrates with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. For other AppSumo alternatives, you can set the "Location" of your meeting to Custom and paste your static meeting link.
.) Yes. While zcal has a native Zapier integration, it also supports Webhooks (available on the Pro/Business plans). This allows you to connect to Zapier alternatives like Make.com or other AppSumo automation tools.
.) Yes. On the Business plan, each Team can have its own unique custom domain. This is perfect for maintaining separate branding for different clients or subdivisions.
