Q: Support problems?

You asked me some questions in your reply and said you wanted to pick my brains. I responded by email to your support email address 3 days ago and heard nothing back. Similarly, I sent a message to your live chat on Tue 14 and Wed 15 Jan and neither was responded to.
Given how good you have been about responding to questions and reviews here, I imagine there must be some kind of issue with your support that perhaps you are not aware of?
