Q: user = team?

Hi some question please :
1. can you explain more about USER? is it admin or staff members that can join ?
example : i have 15 staff . Do i need tier 3 with 50 user? or just Tier 1 with 3 user is enough ?

2. how many teams that we can create? and how many person that teams can hold ? we can create custom domain for each team is this right?

A: Hi!

1. A user is anyone who needs their own Zcal account to manage availability and host meetings (admin or staff). If you have 15 staff who need booking links, you’ll need a plan that supports 15 users. A 3-user plan only works if just 3 people are hosting meetings.

2. You can create a single team on the Pro plan (Tiers 1-3). You can create unlimited teams with the Business Plan add-on. Each team can include multiple users, within your plan’s user limit. Each team supports 1 custom domain.
