Q: White label and seat upgrades

1. Your latest update says marketing agencies can now split their seats into separate teams for clients (ie presumably a min of one seat per client) but is this a full white-label solution? For instance, if we build a website for a client and want to give them some of our Zcal seats as a free embeddable widget? That would be a good piece of add-on value.

2. How does this tool compare to Appointedd.com which is the tool one client is keen to use. Presumably, it's simpler but are there any big holes we should be aware of? It feels like Zcal is more suited to freelancers that, say, a small business (eg car mechanic) that wants to book appointments online.

3. Is it possible to add more Zcal seats after the current AppSumo deal ends and if so, what is the cost?

4. Can you clarify when the Apple Cal integration will be complete?

A: 1. You can build a website for a client and give them a zcal seat as a free embeddable widget. You can do this by creating a "team" for that client with their branding, and invite those users to that team. You can embed the calendar in their website, and they'll be able to log in and manage their invites.

2. Do you know why exactly they want to use Appointedd? It looks like we have a lot of similar functionality with them.

3. Yes, if you want to add more seats they will be billed at our current subscription pricing cost; https://zcal.co/pricing

4. Apple cal integration is in the final stages of testing, it should be released in the next few days.

Update: Apple Calendar integration is now in the product! You can connect your calendar by going to https://zcal.co/account/calendars

Thanks for the update. Sadly, I’ve just realised it’s not GDPR compliant which is s deal-breaker in Europe. If this gets added, please come back.
