I bought the tool the first time on AppSumo thinking of replacing TidyCal, gave it 5 stars in the past but I will update my review to allow others to know about some of the problems.

Overall, it's a nice tool but there are many small problems that made me just sit on it and never use it.

1) You don't get an alert when Zoom account disconnects (think it happens in TidyCal as well).

2) When I make a meeting I want to know what it's about, so I create a text area and allow to insert more than one line, and regular 1 line text and text area are the same height (1 line) so the visitor doesn't know he should insert more data and it's bad UI/UX.

3) When visitors insert more than one line of data in textarea and insert break lines, you get all the data in one line and it's hard to understand what it says.

There are more problems but I am pretty sure I contacted the support more than once in the past about problem 2 and 3 that should be easy 5 minutes fix and I see it still not fixed.

The platform is good but small problems like that make it unsuble for me and it's a shame they don't fix these kind of problems.
