The bones are there but there's a lot of room for improvement for serious businesses
One man band with poor support (no response to messages and using a free chat provider who they admit is not good). Bugs with the UI reported but not addressed in weeks.

1) We're always working to improve our email deliverability, if you are able to email us at support@zcal.co we can investigate why the specific emails got blocked.
2) This is a popular request - it is something we are looking to add in the future!

6 and 11) Improvements to our payment functionalities is something we've been thinking through. Are these two features something you would use? If so we'd love to pick your brain more on the feature request to make sure we build it right.

10) Makes sense - only including the location in emails is a great solution to this. We'll look into prioritizing this.
12) I could definitely see how the UX is confusing, we're going to discuss how we can make more clear.
13) Yes, this is something we will add later once we have more native CRM integration.
