I've upgraded my Tier 3 with add-ons, and I love it so far. The quality of the platform is far higher than any other booking system I have used. The design is neat, simple, and well-built. The add-ons make it a solid platform, and I'm happy to pay for them to support a well-built product and help make it sustainable. The video feature that lets you upload an intro to your calendar is excellent—smooth and lag-free—which adds a lot of value.

Suggestion for Zcal Team: There is one feature I was looking for: "Custom Notification Email - At Teams Level (Workspace)." Currently, the custom notification email only applies to individual accounts. I would like it available at the Teams/Workspace level, so my staff wouldn't need to configure custom notifications individually or handle DNS verification. For my team, I want a centralized notification email set at the workspace (Teams) level - using a standard like notification.mydomain.com.

I noticed that while the custom domain was applied at the Teams level, the custom notification was not. Additionally, I appreciate the branding options that let us remove "Zcal" and use a custom domain, but I would also like the ability to edit the basic "favicon" and "page title" instead of displaying Zcal by default.
