Q: This is a very interesting product for me as a freelance recruiter.

I wanted to ask about the candidates database, is this like an ATS of candidates that I upload or this is a database of candidates that I can source from?

Also, I'm seeing a lot of your answers to previous questions were deleted but not sure how. Could you please post an update with FAQs to include your answers to these questions?

In terms of a database you either use Zeligate in conjunction with your existing ATS (explained further below) or you Zeligate as an ATS replacement using it to source and build your database.

You can use the full Zeli HR assistant workflow starting with creating a job opening all the way through to AI driven video interviews and reference checks.

The other option is to use the "Create Job Ad" functionality in Zeli HR assistant - this feature enables you to use Zeligate in conjunction with your ATS or HRIS.

You simply upload the job into the Zeli HR assistant - the AI distills the job into an editable format which can be adjusted if needed. You then can select from our list of default interview questions or you can create your own and then select Publish. This will generate a shareable URL which you can share anywhere - ubiquitous job advertisement.

The candidate sees the role, enters the Zeli portal (no registration needed), applies for the role and can interview for the role immediately or come back later and complete the video interview. This way all candidates get the opportunity to tell their story beyond a 1 dimensional resume and an enhanced experience. They can also ask Zeli some basic questions about the company.

The hiring manager then gets a full report with all candidates who have applied, ranked and scored sequentially and can ask Zeli questions about the candidate and export the candidate data back into you existing HRTech and fast track short listing and appointment.
