Q: Curious to learn more about the founder and the company
I’m interested in buying tier 2 but it is a hefty jump from tier 1. Would like to get some sense of trust and reassurance on the company’s sustainability.
You said there are just 2 of you. How do you handle sales, marketing, and also development?
You mentioned you’ve built saas for you and your clients. Were they successful? Do you mind sharing those?

Feb 7, 2025A: I handle most of the development, support, and marketing. I have someone else who helps with occasional marketing, but I plan to ramp this up.
The main difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2 is the credit allowance, unless you need access to the OpenAI o3-mini models. If the price jump from Tier 1 to Tier 2 is a concern, you can remain on Tier 1 and still access most features. If you run out of credits, you can always purchase on-demand credits, which don't expire. This way, you get the best of both worlds.

I don’t find sharing details about my previous SaaS projects or other software I’ve built for clients relevant to the Q&A for this product. However, if you must know, my past projects include Newroom.io and Pixiemint.com, along with custom enterprise software that I’m not at liberty to disclose. I’d prefer to keep the discussion focused on product-related questions only.

Just purchased the tier 2 and I’m excited to try this out. I certainly do hope this would replace my Perplexity subscription as someone else mentioned in the other question :D.
Btw Kevin, did you plan on creating a discord channel for Zemith? A lot of Appsumo founders did it and I find it is helpful to see an active community. Just an idea!
