Key questions:

Are you using standard APIs or business-tier APIs (OpenAI Business, Anthropic Enterprise) that prohibit training on user data?
Can you guarantee conversations won't be used for AI training?
Would you consider upgrading to no-training APIs (for example in the Pro (Tier 2) Plan)?
Could you clarify data retention periods in your privacy policy?

I'd happily pay a premium for a privacy-focused tier with no-training APIs if that helps cover the extra costs. The product has real potential - just need assurance my data is handled responsibly.
