Zemith - Plus Exclusive Reviews

I recently tried asking Zemith to format a paper I had been writing and clean it up. Unfortunately there is a token limit, that prevents documents from being able to be cleaned up. The product is good as a lightweight tool, but will not be suitable for heavier use cases.

I will also add that some of what is advertised is not accurate, "Automate customer support" is not possible as there is no API or way to connect a chatbot to your website.

Perhaps, I am wrong with the above and it is simply I am failing to use the tool properly, and if that is the case I will gladly accept it.

First off: I don't often write these reviews. I should do better, especially with tools that really put their heart and soul into their platform.

Secondly, I'm very glad I got to purchase Tier 1 of this just before you left AppSumo. I do regret not getting the Tier 2 at this point, but that's just what it is. I really like how you implemented the OpenAI GPT 5 models to the platform so swiftly after their release. That tells me you're on the ball and still developing the platform as suggested by the frequent updates in the changelog.

I haven't had the time to experiment with all it's functionality yet, but I'm more than happy with the purchase so far. The UI & UX design is smooth throughout the platform. The LLMs answer fast and accurate, and I appreciate the extra functionality baked in such as notes, whiteboard, folders etc.

It's awesome that you have an iPhone app. Now I'm just missing a native Mac app to make everything complete.

Registration/verification not possible

Since yesterday, I have been unable to use Zemith, and now it is the evening of the second day, and since support has not responded, I have no choice but to give a low rating. If the problem is resolved, I will revise my rating upward, because what use is the best program to me if I cannot use it?

This is the best AI tool I've used so far. Updates are made almost daily, and the feedback process is incredibly fast. Just looking at the changelogs, you can see how consistently the developers have been improving it. While ChatGPT has its strengths, this tool is perfect as a secondary option. If it were even more suitable as a primary tool, there would be nothing more to say.

There are some bugs, but they are fixed quickly.

I hope the memory feature is released soon.
It's a bit disappointing that it struggles with older content.
Sometimes, I even get frustrated with the AI.

Zemith's usage is very reasonable and highly recommended for people who frequently use Chat.
However, there is one minor drawback: tools will cause a slight increase in credit consumption. 4 credits seems a bit unreasonable for tools; I think 2 credits would be a great improvement.
