Q: Hi Nick, in 2021, I purchased the LTD for Zenwireframe.
com, as it was known at that time. Not long after, without any announcement, the site was discontinued and integrated into Zen Flowchart. And now, it appears that you have separated it again and removed it from Zen Flowchart on its own domain, once more without announcing it to existing (LTD) customers. So I have two questions:
1. Are existing LTDs automatically honored in this new version?
2. Can you promise to start informing existing customers from now on, please?

dan694PLUSDid you get anywhere with this? The exact same thing happened to me and I emailed support after I saw the answer to your question but never got a response. Very unfortunate because the wireframe tool was very useful for the brief time I got to use it but it really seems like a bait and switch.
