So it should not be language-specific, as long as the language is an alphabet. With Spanish names there is an issue of multiple names, middle names especially so there is a % of inaccuracy when finding business emails.

For german and some nordic alphabet, the software has pre-build logic on how to tackle this. But it needs time to learn.

So my answer would be - it works but there might be some limitations.
