ZeroIn - Plus exclusive Reviews

I rarely write any reviews, but I just had to write one for zeroin.

It's a great tool for people who know exactly how to leverage it and have decent amount of knowledge about lead generation. A lot of people rely on databases for generating leads without realizing that databases are often outdated and cause a lot of harm for your email servers too. Zeroin on the other hand finds the email in real-time, which ensures great deliverability as well as safety of your email infrastructure too.

Honestly I love everything about it except it's a bit buggy and slow, which is acceptable since it is still in it's early stage.

Based on my experience in the industry, I can guarantee this tool will become one of the top choices for sales/marketing folks or anyone looking to do lead generation in the next 3-5 years. As more and more people are realizing that databases are pretty much useless and nothing beats real-time lead generation. There are very few established players in the market and I am sure if the team sticks around for another 3-5 years, they will be one of them too.

Everything is really slow, you really need some next level patience for Zeroin. You should have time on your hands for this one.

For a tool built around linkedin, it would have been nice to be able to enrich from linkedin profile urls.

It's good for waterfall enrichment- to enrich the leads of emails I couldn't find with other databases or for emails that came back as invalid/risky from other databases. I'm okay with that. For example, I recovered about a 100 emails today that I would have otherwise lost. But you cannot 100 percent rely on those recovered emails, please verify again some other way (I cannot stress this enough).

Unfortunately support does not answer even simple questions, like how to start validation.

At ZerIt, unfortunately, everything is hidden behind false labels.
Thereby verifying and finding emails is in itself a very simple process.

That's why it shouldn't be necessary to watch tutorial videos.

Since the disinterested support did not answer even my very simple question, I had to watch the tutorial videos and waste time.

The support answered only one question. So I learned that to upload existing addresses you have to start a campaign (but this action is not a campaign and therefore does not belong hidden there. Every useful software has an upload button for uploading lists).

The first tutorial video starts with the situation where all addresses are already loaded, which are also called "My Leads", although you initially only have addresses that might become leads some day.
That you get the addresses there by starting a campaign is not revealed there.

The interface and wording are completely wrong in all places.

I don't have the impression that the developers of ZeroIt really know what they are doing.

This is so critical because ZeroIt's extremely poor interface forces its customers to experiment to get the intended result (verify email).

Thus, the customer wastes time.

Another problem is that you can never be completely sure of anything

They obviously have no desire to provide support.
This matches the extremely low quality of the interface.
The results are then bound to be equally unreliable.

Really disappointed to see the founders changed the deal for those who purchase in 2021. They essentially migrated those buyers plans to match the new 2022 AppSumo plan, which gives them less email finding credits but more re-verification credits. If this deal comes back, I'd avoid it as they appear to not honor their plans that users buy.

There are better tools available on appsumo that you could use to do even more linkedin prospecting.
