I don't get all the reviews
I had really high hopes for this one and with all the positive reviews I thought it was a safe bet. At this point, I'm probably going to return it. The software is extremely glitchy to the point that I haven't been able to use it properly. I attempted to check out the Help docs but there is so much misinformation and many typos in them that it's not very helpful. For example, the how-to "bulk verify emails" post mentions ZERO about bulk verifying emails. Despite numerous attempts to contact support, I received a singular response "we are checking on this" then no follow-up (considering I sent 6-7 different messages I really hope this wasn't meant to be an all-encumbering response).
Stick with Waalaxy, Lead Delta, or even the free GetProspect.

May 9, 2024Sorry to hear this Chase. Yes, as an MVP we do have some glitches that we are always working on and your support feedback was very helpful. That is also the reason why we don't have an MRR price logic but are focusing on LTD for the time.
On the other had, the article on the bulk email gathering is explaining just that - how to gather data from Linkedin in bulk and then, within the user portal go and try to find and match the business emails. Support didn't respond to this in any other way because we do not see any issues with the article itself. But I can see how we can improve the video and add the last missing step :)
If there is a specific misinformation you are referring to, please let us know as we for sure do not want to misguide our users.
We are very proud of the hard work our entire team was giving in the past 2 very difficult years, but of course, there so many other similar tools like this for everyone to choose and it is note easy to make an amazing product without people giving us their honest opinion. So thank you.
