Workspace management is a major plus for client work. I can keep each client or project separate, with its own prompts, visibility tracking, and recommendations.

The team is very active and responsive! They’ve been more than great at responding to support requests, providing updates, and adding features.

There are still a few small things that could be improved, such as a faster way to add prompts manually, reducing brand auto-detection noise, and adding more flexibility to citation exports.

But overall, it’s a solid tool that keeps improving. And by solid, I mean a must-have. ;)

I’ve been exploring the tool and really like it so far. There are a few small issues here and there, but overall it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into the product, design is morern and tool is fun to use.

For example, I really appreciate the automatic suggestion to merge different versions of the same brand. I’ve tested quite a few similar tools, and this is the only one I’ve seen offer that feature - great work.

One question: Under "Analytics" -> "Sources" I can currently export to csv only 50 citations, even though several hundreds have been discovered. I hope this is just a bug, but could you please confirm? I tested this in two separate workspaces, and both exports were limited to exactly 50 citations, so it does not seem coincidental.
