Great product — but the support is why I upgraded
I run a small agency in Germany and manage three client workspaces in ZeroRank — a second-hand luxury retailer, an office furniture brand, and my own agency site.
What convinced me wasn't a feature. It was the support. They respond at almost any hour, they're genuinely friendly, and they actually fix the small things instead of sending you a help-center link. For an MVP that is the single most important signal, because it tells you the team is still building and still listening. Features can be added. That attitude can't.
On the product itself: I stress-tested the MCP integration properly, not just the dashboard. Nearly everything works — creating and updating prompts, brands, topics and tags, on-demand runs, competitor approval. Requesting a run returned seven real AI answers in about three minutes, with the full answer text and every cited source. That's the part I actually use: I don't just see a visibility score, I see the exact sentence the AI wrote about my client and which page made it say that. It also shows your remaining answer budget on every billable call, which I wish more tools did.
One honest note: check your model settings right after signup. Four of the seven engines I'd paid for were switched off in my workspaces by default and I only found out by digging. Once enabled, the coverage is there — but the onboarding should point at it.
I upgraded from Tier 3 to Tier 4 without hesitating. If you're wondering whether to back this MVP: yes. The money comes back through a tool that's genuinely usable and a team that answers.
