Kelvin is amazing! He took time out of his busy schedule and helped me with a number of items I had questions about throughout the call. He does this not because it's a "job" but because he sincerely loves what he's doing. He's wants to help people, and he gave me a fantastic crash course on how to operate Zero Rank.
