Zerorank.ai is overall a very complete product. I spent several hours testing it (Tier 1 version), and everything felt quite solid.

The usability and user experience are very well executed, it’s not just about what appears, but how it appears. The onboarding is extremely simple: you just input your website URL, and the AI quickly understands the vertical/niche and starts generating queries using very natural phrasing, similar to how users interact with LLM chatbots.

I especially liked the detailed tracking of competitor websites and brands, as well as the suggestions for both content and technical improvements on our own websites. The several brand alias and brand domains are also a nice touch! Really nice.

I also want to highlight that I had an issue when redeeming the AppSumo deal initially, and the support, including the founder , Kelvin, was extremely fast and effective in resolving it.

As an area for improvement, I believe there should already be an option to purchase article credits. Tiers 1 and 2 don’t include monthly article credits, but users should always have the ability to buy additional credits to create content within the platform, no matter starter plan or other paid plans. The BYOK could be only for upper tiers, but at least the ability to buy credits for article writing.

Overall, I really like the product. It seems to have strong potential to grow and establish itself alongside other established players in the market.

One additional note: zerorank.ai launched on AppSumo and increased its price shortly after, which is fair.

However, it increased again today while the AppSumo page still shows that the LTD promotion will end in 2 days. I contacted the ZeroRank team, and they confirmed it appears to be a UI issue on AppSumo’s side. Still, the countdown has been active for several hours, which creates some confusion.
