Yes, you could reuse the same widget on as many sites as you want. If you want to keep your client's videos separated you can create a different application for each one of them. Each application will have its own unique application token, which is all you'd need to change on your widget to define where the collected videos should be stored.

Having videos separated on different applications also allow you to set up different automatic push services for each type of video. You could, for example, set up an application that sends recorded videos to your Google Drive and Dropbox accounts, and then have a different application for videos you want to automatically upload to YouTube.
