I did not quite understand who is "they". But I guess the question is why you should give up Elementor in order to use Zion Builder.

The main reason is that your website will have a better performance score, will load faster, and have a cleaner code it brings more flexibility, and also if you are a designer and use the page builder on daily basis your workflow should be faster and snappier, the fact that Zion Builder has a more modern UI is not something to neglect either.
