Q: Lack of Response to Tickets
We have had a website built using Zion Builder, which is no longer loading on our site. We are unable to make any front end changes to the site.
We have tried lodging tickets to get support and have had no response.
How can we get a response so we can correct the issues, before I throw the whole website out and rebuild with a new builder that is actually supported and responsive?
We'd appreciate any help!

HI Ron, Unfortunately I am just getting roadblocks from support. As I didn't purchase the Zion Builder through AppSumo they are unable to provide support. So as I am not getting responses from Zion Builder does anyone have any advice that I can follow please?
