It says:
"You can NOT use Zion Builder Pro or Zion Builder LTD in WordPress Themes, in SaaS services or any commercial projects....You are allowed to use it for clients that you are building a custom website for or doing custom work on an existing website."

In one sentence, it says you can not use Zion Builder LTD in any commercial projects and in another it says you are allowed to use it for building or doing work on a client website. These seem to contradict each other, so which is it?

I already bought the Zion Builder LTD, but if I can't use it in any commercial projects, then it is of no use to me, in which case I will do a refund.

Note that I build custom websites for clients. I am not selling WordPress themes or templates. I am not a SaaS or hosting provider. (I sometimes do refer clients to those kinds of services and get an affiliate commission.)

It seems like what you really mean is that the license allows one to use it for commercial projects for clients as long as what is being sold is your own service (custom website work for the client) and not just reselling Zion Builder, either by itself or as a template. If that is the case, please clarify the confusing language.

Also, ObsessedEntrepreneur asked "Can we sell or flip the websites with the plugin installed?" but you did not directly answer this question. The TOS says "A client is not someone who...Has purchased a premade website from you" but it doesn't define what you mean by "premade". Does that just mean that you can't create a template website with Zion (or lots of copies of a template) and sell them? What if I create a unique, custom-made website using Zion Builder LTD, can I then sell that website?
