I just refunded today - the platform is slow, continually times out doing anything, support is silent or non-existent. The plaform was down for a few days and I gave up.

Thank you for bringing this to Sumolings attention. I am very interested, but there are enough dead-end deals that I have wasted money on. In my neck of the woods we call this foreshadowing.
