I rarely, if ever, leave bad reviews, but I feel compelled to share at this juncture.
The platform was endlessly unresponsive, doing anything caused the tool to time out, the platform was down for the last couple days, support on Discord was ignoring questions from everyone (and it wasnt' even a super busy stream either.

Refunded.
