1. How soon you are adding white label feature?

- It is currently in beta. We are expecting to launch it to the public this week.

2. Will white label be included in tier5 plan?

- Yes

3. Can I add my customers/sub accounts so my customers can setup their own ads?

- Yes, you can invite members to your workspaces (which can be organized customer-wise) as admins, team members and viewers. With the requisite permission level granted to a member, they can setup their own ads.

Q: I have a question concerning the tiers...

I don't need more than tier 3 but before I buy I'd like to know if there are any advantages to getting tier 4 other than increased quantity of businesses and accounts? Ultimately I am interested in the Amazon ads integration so I want to make sure all features are available to tier 3

Between tiers 3 and 4, I would recommend to purchase a suitable tier with limits which can accommodate your present and future requirements.

To answer your question, yes, users can create separate workspaces. Each workspace can have its own ad accounts and brand setup. Users can invite members to the workspaces as admins, members and viewers.

This feature (Workspaces) is currently in beta testing.

2. Do you charge a percentage of the ad spend, or a flat fee? If it's a percentage, what is the rate?
