Zoho Calendar

Zoho Calendar is a cloud-based calendar tool that allows you to schedule, manage and monitor your appointments, meetings, birthdays, and other important events and dates, which you can share with anyone online.

Zoho Calendar gives you a unified calendar view with other Zoho applications like Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Recruit.

Like most of Zoho's web-based applications, Zoho Calendar's interface is clean and well-organized, with tabs for Day, Week, Work, Month, and Calendar above the main window. This allows you to change the view intuitively.

Creating a calendar has never been easier. To the left of the default time grid, the "My Calendar" section with its little white arrow allows you to add a new schedule by defining the exact time slots. Click on the calendar and stretch the time slot as much as necessary. You can then detail precisely the content of the block: object, duration, and setting of reminders.

The menu also gives users the option to "subscribe" to the calendars of other users or import calendars from files or web addresses. Simply select "My calendar" and then "Share" to share or export your calendars (public calendar, by email, etc.). When you create an event, you can invite people to it. In response to an email invitation, the invitees can update the status of their availability.

Zoho Calendar offers a mode to edit your calendar offline and then synchronize it by logging back into your Zoho account. It is also possible to view and edit your calendars from your mobile's web browser.

You can set up many reminders for each event with Zoho Calendar's reminder feature. Your event reminders may show up in a pop-up window, your preferred mailbox, or both. Reminders can be set up for up to 90 days before or following the event.

Furthermore, you can choose to display your calendar for everyone who visits your website or blog by embedding it there. Plus, you are in total control of the content that visitors can access. With several access levels, your privacy can be maintained. Only availability details or event specifics can be displayed. You can also include an appointment request form for your visitors.
