Zoho Meeting is an online meeting software and webinar solution that gives you all the tools you need to collaborate and share remotely.

Hold online meetings with real-time audio, video, and screen sharing from anywhere with moderator controls. Set up meetings and send email invitations with meeting descriptions and agendas.

Host audio conferencing using your computer or a dial-in number where participants can join for free on their phone or computer. Participants can also join video conferencing for free.

Share your screen, multiple screens, or just a specific application with everyone on the call. You can also use in-session chat to send messages to others as well as take meeting notes right from the app. The app includes a whiteboard where you can create flowcharts and collaborate in real-time.

Meeting hosts can assign moderator controls, which allow you to switch presenters during a meeting, remove participants and block from the room, and mute individuals. Share screen control with another participant who needs to share information.

In addition to meetings, you can also host one-time or recurring webinars. Add co-hosts with the ability to share their screen, launch polls, record material, and allow attendees to speak during the presentation.

Record your webinar and store it in the cloud. You can then share the recording with those who missed it or download the content for offline use.

Make your webinar more engaging with interactive features. Create and launch polls before or during the presentation to get input from your audience and view the results instantly and share them with attendees.

Use Broadcast Message to send texts and links to all attendees. You can also hold Q&As where the host can answer questions privately or make them visible to all in attendance.

Attendees can raise their hand to get the presenter’s attention. The host can also allow attendees to speak or share their screen during the presentation.
