Zoho Notebook

Zoho Notebook is a note-taking software for businesses and professionals that allows you to organize notes, lists, photos, and files.

It lets you create, group, save and share your important notes online. Whether you're capturing a thought, creating a checklist, recording an idea, or snapping a moment, note-taking is much more fun with Zoho Notebook.

By default, Zoho Notebook contains an empty notebook with a blank page. You can arrange note cards into notepads and stack related note cards as groups. All your notes are seamlessly synchronized across your devices and the Zoho cloud. Thanks to this, no matter what device you use, your notes are always up to date.

Writing a note is like composing a new email. You can format text, change the foreground or background color, add bullets and create hyperlinks. You can also insert tables of your choice. Similarly, Zoho Notebook also gives you the ability to add an image, audio, video, or embed HTML code.

To print the notebook, just click on the Print button. If you use a PDF creator such as NitroPDF, you can also export your notebook as a PDF document.

Zoho Notebook also offers sharing options. You can share the entire book, a page, or even an individual object, such as a text box or image. Simply click the Share button on the toolbar and enter the email of the person you want to share your notes with and the type of access you want them to have to your notes.

You can also create drawings on your notepads such as straight or curved lines, blocks, or captions using the drawing toolbar located in the bottom right corner of each page. You can add tags to your pages or objects for easy searching.
