There was a negative review previously. Why it has been removed again?

For context, David initially left a one-taco review on launch day (Friday) because we missed some critical features for his business—and I personally made a mistake with cleaning up some docs, links, etc. He was understandably concerned other Sumolings might face similar issues and wanted to warn the community. It was a tough moment for our team, but we saw it as a learning opportunity and have been working hard to address his concerns and make things right.
On Friday, I personally reached out to David to gather feedback and understand how we could help. Since then, we’ve been working closely with him to resolve his issues. Yesterday, I made an exception and hopped on a call with him (I don’t usually do calls due to time constraints). During the call, we resolved his questions and shared a clear roadmap for the missing features—specifically, support for transactional emails so he can integrate better emails with Airtable.
His latest words on this were: "Thank you! Loved geeking out with you! Thank you for clapping for our work. I will delete the review and write another one when you have got all your work done."
I hope this provides helpful context! Neither AppSumo nor our team has deleted anything—David removed the review in good faith because he sees us working hard to address his concerns. When he updated the review, he mentioned being very impressed with our customer support.

Hi, I can confirm this. On Friday the software was, in my personal view, not in a finished state. However, the team at Zootools has worked tirelessly since then. Yesterday I felt it was good enough now for fellow Sumolings to form their own opinion based on the current status. Hence I removed the review completely rather than updating it.
