Q: Hi can you elaborate on what you mean by AS customers get access to 3.
5, GPT4 and future ai models?
Do we use our own API key for each article?
If not, do we get to choose which model we want to use before the article is generated or is this done automatically in the backend?

To elaborate on what AI models we're using.
We're constantly trying out new models and we see more and more competition closing up to GPT4. One of the latest models we've tried actually has superior performance in terms of output and length.
Our promise to you is to constantly evaluate and fine tune these models so you don't have to worry about GPT-whatever š
Our tech team has extensive experience from building similar AI based products so this is at the core of what we do, so you don't have to think about it! Trust me, it's a full time job just trying to keep up with the latest developments within large language models š

Hey there,
Thanks for your question.
To elaborate, we don't currently find the performance of the GPT4 API adequate enough, so we've stuck with the GPT3.5 turbo model. However we do see that performance keeps improving, so as soon as performance is good enough we will switch over. With what we've seen with the progress of the previous models, this could be as soon as in a couple of weeks.
You don't have to use your own API key.
The model is automatically selected in our backend. We don't currently offer the option to choose your model but this is something we may offer in the future.
So you're using 3.5 turbo. Not even davinci? That's sad. Most other ai writers do this and the article quality is poor. I'll test this but I think you're doing what every other tool.is doing: sticking with the least expensive, which is also the lowest quality output model for the sake of savings costs instead of making sure your tool.provides the best quality output with the better models. I think you're making the same mistake most others are making and it's only a matter of time before your software ends up in the graveyard too unfortunately. I will try it because of the SEO feature, but I'm not holding my breath.
