Q: Can't download per a review?
Hello, There is a recent review that says we can't download videos that we create in zync to other platforms to edit; is this true? I've had to create videos in Bigvu and then download them into one of my audio platforms to improve the audio, but it sounds like I will not be able to download my Zync videos? Please confirm. Thank you

Dec 11, 2024A: You can download all the edited videos - portrait, landscape, square. It's already in your content kit.
That user was talking about all the recorded raw video footage - a zip file with all the raw segments that were recorded. We will be making a change so you'll have that too. Will come out in 2-3 weeks.
