Do you have a discord channel set up so users can help each other and get quicker access to you and/or your support team? If not, I highly recommend it. I'm currently struggling with the placement and position of my logo on my profile "card" and I can't seem to change it's position. It doesnt look professional. Please let me know if there's a discord channel I can so I can raise this issue directly with a support member.
